Garrett holds both a Broker-in-Charge license and a Real Estate Educator’s license and serves as the Owner and Education Director of Providence Real Estate Education, an NCREC-approved school. His role as an educator keeps him at the forefront of contracts, compliance, and best practices, which he passes directly to clients.
